Terms of Service
These terms govern account access, cryptocurrency payments, service delivery, support, suspensions, and acceptable use across the Proxynade platform.
Plain-English summary
- Payment is required before delivery or access.
- Proxy orders, pool access, and dedicated servers have different delivery and expiry rules.
- Cryptocurrency payments are treated as final once confirmed on-chain.
- Abuse, fraud, or payment risk can trigger immediate review or suspension.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, logging in, placing an order, opening a support ticket, or using any server or proxy delivered by Proxynade, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must be legally allowed to use the service.
- You are responsible for account activity under your credentials.
- You must keep credentials, cookies, and recovery details private.
- You must provide accurate information when server rentals or sensitive account reviews require it.
- You must confirm the email address used on the account.
3. Product-specific service terms
Proxynade provides access to proxy products, server products, dashboard tooling, self-service account controls, and related operational features. Service features may evolve over time.
Proxy batch orders
Proxy batch orders are sold in fixed quantities shown in the dashboard. Delivery starts after payment confirmation. Connection details, credentials, or protocol settings can change if the service is rotated, reset, or reissued through support.
Pool access
Pool access is managed through dashboard plans and balances. Available plans, enabled status, and remaining balance shown in the dashboard control what can be used. Builder filters and session settings affect generated connection output.
Servers
Server rentals are separate rentals with their own stock, delivery, renewal, and reclaim lifecycle. Accurate identity details can be required when a dedicated server rental or ownership review needs it.
Availability targets are best effort. Network events, maintenance, fraud controls, and abuse handling can affect delivery or access.
4. Orders and payments
- Orders are not delivered until payment is confirmed.
- Prices shown in the dashboard apply at order time.
- New pricing can apply to future orders and renewals.
- Cryptocurrency payments are treated as final once confirmed on-chain.
- Undelivered issues should be raised through support promptly.
5. Renewals, expiry, and deletion
Proxy batch orders
Proxy services run for the purchased term. Expired proxy services can lose access, be archived, or be removed after expiry.
Pool access
Pool access depends on active plans and remaining balance. Disabled plans, depleted balance, or admin intervention can limit or stop requests until the issue is resolved.
Servers
Server rentals run for the purchased term. Expiring services may be renewed if the dashboard presents that option and payment is completed. Expired servers can be removed, archived, or reclaimed after expiry.
Account deletion, order deletion, or manual admin intervention may affect access to credentials, support history, and service state.
6. Support and operational actions
Proxynade provides a dashboard ticket flow for service issues, Discord support for general help, postmaster@proxynade.net for legal, privacy, or billing matters, and abuse@proxynade.net for third-party abuse reports. Support actions may include reissuing credentials, dismissing invalid tickets, revoking sessions, resetting fulfilment, or removing abusive or unsafe orders.
7. Abuse, suspension, and termination
Accounts or services may be suspended, rate-limited, manually reviewed, or terminated when there is a reasonable belief of abuse, fraud, payment risk, infrastructure harm, policy breach, or legal risk.
- Warnings can be skipped for severe abuse.
- Tokens, proxies, servers, or accounts can be unassigned or disabled.
- Repeated policy abuse can lead to permanent account removal or registration bans.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for fraud, spam, credential attacks, malware, denial-of-service, social engineering, harassment, illegal access, or any other unlawful or abusive activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full standard.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. No uptime, resale value, uninterrupted availability, or fit for a particular external platform is guaranteed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Proxynade is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses tied to service use or interruption.
10. Changes
These terms can change as the product, infrastructure, or legal environment changes. The current version is the version published here. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
